The Leavenworth Commissary Kitchen is a commercially licensed kitchen for rent to chefs, caterers, farmers, food processors, bakers, food trucks, ghost kitchens and more. The mission of the Commissary Kitchen is to enhance our local food system and extend the profit season for our local farms by providing a space to cook, process, and preserve foods.

Kitchen Rental Pricing
Membership fee
The annual membership fee for the kitchen is $100. The first year membership fee will be charged with application submission and is non-refundable.
Rental fees
Monthly rental fees are tailored to fit member use, ranging between $15-35/hour depending on equipment use and number of hours reserved.
Storage Rates
Dry storage shelf, monthly $35
Walk in fridge shelf, monthly $100
Freezer shelf, monthly $50
