That’s the big question, isn’t it? Well we are feeling very hopeful for this season! With vaccines rolling out and the county in Phase 3, it seems we are moving towards brighter days, but we must remain vigilant. Some things will definitely change this season, but we will be keeping several key pandemic-prevention rules in place!
You can expect the following rules to remain throughout the 2021 season at BOTH Leavenworth and Cashmere Markets:
Masks will be required in the vicinity of the Market at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Vendors will not serve you without a mask. If you are unable to wear a mask, see the info booth and staff will shop for you.
Pets are still NOT ALLOWED on school property, except service animals. Please leave your pups at home or kindly ask them to wait at the car or sidewalk. Typically, Market staff or volunteers are available to dog sit if necessary.
Customers cannot handle produce before purchase. Please do not reach into vendor’s booths.
Please, no eating or drinking on site. Keep those masks on!
Customers must maintain 6ft social distancing, in order to avoid capacity restrictions.
The Market and its vendors reserve the right to refuse service to those who do not follow the rules.
Now for the good stuff! If the county remains in Phase 3, we are able to welcome back some of your favorite things!
Music will be returning to the Market this season with the kick off of a Summer Music Series at the Leavenworth Market!
Kids Makers Markets and Kids Activities will be returning to the Market! Sign up now via our vendor application page!
Events and Holidays, like Barter Fests, Harvest Markets, and Craft Bazaar days will return! Our calendar of events will be posted soon!
The Market will no longer have one designated entrance/exit, so long as we are able to remain appropriately spaced out. So keep up the 6ft social distancing if you don’t want to go back to waiting in line!
We are so excited to bring back these aspects of the Market that we all love. Please remember that it is EVERYONE’S RESPONSIBILITY to uphold our rules so that we can keep the fun stuff!
See you soon!
